Tropical heaven @ Four Seasons Koh Samui

My love story with Four Seasons continues.. to another one where you enter and all you can think is WOW. It already starts when you receive your welcome drink at the the lobby of Four Seasons Koh Samui that is set right on top of the hill where you cans it down overlooking the massive tropical property of rooms and private residences that blows you away.

Once checked in the journey starts when they take you down to one of the 74 villas by buggy. The villas are very modern with thai elements offering a sleeping room, bathroom with big bathtub, living room, kitchen area private pool and a big outside terrace with jungle feeling facing the ocean.

The villas of Four Seasons Koh Samui are very private and just a short buggy drive away from the private beach, main pool and beach restaurant. While enjoying a cocktail here watching the pink sunsets the surrounding feels so tropical and romantic with lots of palm trees, you almost get the feeling you are in Hawaii 🙂

We couldn’t decide wether to stay at our private pool or at the beach but you know me, most of the time the beach wins 🙂

An absolute highlight is the Sundays brunch at their hillside restaurant KOH. Your tables are overlooking the entire property of the resort which is one of the most beautiful views on the island. When I started walking to the buffet I realized OK this is not just any regular buffet ( and trust me I have seen many buffets in asia) the Sundays brunch at Four Seasons Koh Samui leaves you speechless. They have one room just for fresh bread, eggs, then one for warm dishes following a staircase downstair leading to another room for cheese and one just for desserts (aka my room 🙂 )

The quality of food and fresh fish is outstanding and the variety very special. It is one of the best brunches I have ever had so if you are planning to go to Koh Samui make sure to plan it in 🙂

The entire property is set on a beautiful areal offering 3 restaurants, 2 bars, gym, wine cellar, library, spa and thai kickboxing. The location is also perfect to do some day activities to remote waterfalls and explore a bit more of the island of Koh Samui. It’s a place of serenity and beauty of nature that you wish you could stay at just a little bit longer and makes you sad to leave.

Four Seasons Koh Samui is an excellent beach resort that will fulfill all of your wishes in a blink of an eye. I would recommend it for couples, honeymooners, group of friends and families celebrating special occasions.
