The last few months have been very exciting and while traveling I squeezed in some time to join some festivals and evens powered by SEAT.
The first one was the 2 day Wireless festival in Frankfurt at the end of June. With Seat being sponsor of the music event we were lucky to use the SEAT Ibiza shuttle to the location being dropped just at the entrance and enjoy the festival from the SEAT Lounge with lots of delicious snacks.
Wireless festival felt more like a concert actually taking place in Commerzbank arena with a big stage in the middle of the arena where international acts such as the Weeknd and Justin Bieber performed. It was my first time seeing many of the artists live on stage and a great atmosphere in the arena and an overall fun experience.
The second event, also a festival was the urban music festival Lollapalooza which took place in Berlin at the beginning of September for 2 days with acts such as the Foo Fighters, The XX and the Beatsteaks.
SEAT organized our stay at nhow hotel in Berlin, the first music hotel which is a little experience in itself and was the perfect fit to the overall nature of the music event. From a dj brunch to all pink rooms and electric guitars that can be rented for your room from the lobby – everything in this hotel is connected to music and lifestyle.
Again our SEAT shuttle was waiting in front of the hotel to drive us directly to the Lollapalooza festival which was very comfortable as the festival areal is located a 45 minute drive outside of Berlin and all trains and metros were super crowded. There were lots of areas to explore at the festival that reminded me a bit of a small fantasy land. An outdoor car-aoke area where you could sing in the new SEAT Ibiza which was broadcasted on screens next to a chill out area was one of the highlights.
We got pampered in the SEAT lounge with massages, delicious snacks, hair and beauty makeup refreshments, candy and fruity cocktails from the monkey bar. In between we hoped from stage to stage to get into the full festival spirit 🙂 It was a fun weekend with meeting lots of lovely people.
Our third event took us to the place that comes to your mind immediately when thinking about SEAT Ibiza – Ibiza! Having used the SEAT Ibiza shuttle on the previous 2 events I was curious to drive the new series myself now 🙂
Directly at the airport we were handed our cars and started the driving experience testing the new SEAT Ibiza that comes in 90 and 150 PS. The car has a very modern interior with big screen and changeable lights and feels easy and fun to drive and very important – easy to park 🙂
I experienced the car as the perfect stylish but functional car for the city. Its not one of these cars where you find yourself searching for a function or button forever, everything works quickly and self explaining so you basically start the engine and lets go!
Besides red, blue, white, black and grey shades it also comes in my favorite color- the mystic which is a light rose gold that stands out from the crowds.
After the first drive along the nature landscape of Ibiza we arrived out lunch stop at the all white cotton beach club located on a little mountain with delicious sushi and a wonderful view over the beach.
Right after we drove to our home for the night which was the just opened Nobu Hotel which I was very excited about as it was on my list to visit since I read about the opening 🙂 The hotel is all white with lots of wood decorations reminding me actually of a mix of Tulum and Nikki Beach offering super delicious food as expected 🙂

The next day we started the day with yoga on the roof deck of the hotel and a delicious breakfast by the beach right after.
We drove to a photo location and experimental beach club for lunch before heading straight back to the airport again where we left the keys of our SEAT Ibiza.
It was a short but wonderful sunny trip to Ibiza to test the new SEAT Ibiza on the road. The new SEAT with enough space to fit in lots of luggage is definetly a very stylish and fun car to drive for the young ones seeking their next exciting adventure.
